DJ Merlin Bobb
Within the macrocosm of dance music, Merlin Bobb is recognized as being among the DJ’s DJ. However, his creative handicraft on the decks extends beyond the respect and admiration of his DJ peers. His brand of entertainment for the dance music aficionado is legend. This Brooklyn, New York native, raised in midtown Manhattan was weaned on a healthy musical diet of R&B, Soul and Jazz, as well as, Salsa, Disco and HipHop.
Growing up as a teenager in Manhattan afforded him the luxury and accessibility to experience some of the hottest venues of the day such as: Studio 54, The Loft, Paradise Garage, CBGB’s, The Mudd Club, Club Zanzibar (NJ) to name a few.
